My service advisor is attentive to my questions and protects my safety. I am kept apprised of issues as well as what to watch out for. My truck is 20 years old. Parts are hard to find. The whole team works well to get what is needed so I can continue to drive my unique vehicle. I really miss the ability to get a loaner. It is a serious inconvenience. I think if loaner cars are no longer available, the service advisors should be given permission to say so. Any advertising that says loaner cars are available should be discontinued.

I Have had my car serviced there for 5 yrs. Yesterday except for the service mgr. No one was the same. I asked the man who greeted me why I needed to stand by the car past checking in. Asked if procedures had changed he yelled something about we need permission to repair blah blah blah. I was only there for oil filter change. He was rude and very disrespectful. Serviced mgr took his side stated " you need to stand there so your car is not skipped over. I had made appt for 9am & assigned so called specialist.

Most of the requested work was completed without issue (trailer hitch install, two minor recalls, and first service visit), however after specifically requesting vehicle wide programming and referencing this both over the phone and in person several times the service bulletin (24-NA-143) that dealers should follow for the programming, this work was not done. Service advisor Michelle Roberts was poorly informed about EVs in general (including offering an oil change both over the phone and in person) and was especially lacking knowledge of the Ultium EVs. There's a reason I always request Chris Hightower as my service advisor, but unfortunately he wasn't in yet the morning I arrived. When he did arrive I eventually had to get him to fix the error Michelle made but by that point it was too late in the day to get the programming complete and I'll now have to make a second visit to get work done that should have easily been finished in one day.

I brought my truck into the service department because I heard a clunking noise in what I believed to be my engine. I left it to be diagnosed and was told that I would receive a call the next day. I did not receive a call the next day nor the following day until after 4pm. when I personally went to the service department because I could not reach the service advisor by phone. At that time we decide to go ahead and order an alternator and belt which the technician said was the problem. The following morning I decided to decline the repair and went in to cancel it. I was told that I owed for a serpentine belt replacement at which time the service advisor and I was wondering why would I be charged for a belt if the technician did not replace the alternator. I paid the invoice anyway, because I was running behind time on taking my wife to her eye doctors appointment. Upon returning from the appointment, I decided to check to see what the new belt looked like and if my original belt had actually been replaced and unsurprising to me the belt that I had previously purchased two weeks ago from Napa was still on my truck. I immediately returned to the service department to inform the manager and request a refund. The manager approved the refund and sent me back over to the service advisor to facilitate the refund. At no time did anyone apologize to me for being charged for the belt that was not replaced or the inconvenience to me. At this moment my faith in the GM service department and GM in general is at its lowest below a 0. At this time, I cannot refer or recommend anyone buying or servicing a GM vehicle at a dealership.

Service Brandon Rhodes was inconsistent and said the right thing but did not follow through. Rental/Loaner situation was terrible, was told they did not do 3rd party rentals…and Mary didn’t have any vehicles. Brought the manager out and showed him the CPO policy…he conceded they do reimburse for rental cars off-site. When picking up my vehicle the ticket was lost and my toddler and I waited for about an hour and a half just for them to find our Yukons keys and ticket. They gave us a card for an oil change for our trouble…which we will not use due to the already poor service we got on a cpo warranty claim. Chile the cashier was very nice and helpful and Mary was nice and help as well. Other than them, this place is a rough place to do business.

I came in for a service and I waited for approximately 2 hrs. After I received my car I done a walk around to check everything out and realized that my tires had not been rotated. On the service sheet it stated that all tires were rotated and aired up to 35 psi. Honestly I dont believe that any of the service was done properly, therefore I will never buy or bring my vehicles back to any Ed Morris dealership or affiliate.

First I took my car there in March for an oil change and noise with the brakes. I was told the brakes were fine but rotors need resurfacing, had that done. The brakes started making the noise again and I took back for oil change and asked to see why the brakes were making the same noise again. I had my appointment at 8:30am. I was there for 5 hours! Finally I was told my brakes are at a 5 and they recommend changing them at a 3 so it’s close enough and if I wanted to do it at that time it would take about 2 hours. Since I had already been there for 5 hours getting the oil changed we made an appointment to come back in 2 weeks. When I dropped off my car at 8:30am to have the brakes replaced and something with the rotors (didn’t know anyways wrong with the rotors). They did provide me an Uber ride home. Never heard from anyone! Finally called at 4:30pm, which took 30 minutes to get someone to answer. And was told my car wasn’t checked in yet but she’d ask a service guy and call me back which she never did. My advisor had left earlier in the day. I had no idea I would not have my car back. I call the next day at 9:30am and was told now it was recommended to do the back brakes also, so I asked if it would be done that day and was told yes. I waited and never heard anything so I called at 4:30 and was told they had to order the brakes and they finally got them and the guy was working on another car but he was almost finished with mine so they’d send an Uber to get me. Got to the dealership and only had to wait about 15 minutes for my car. Got in it, tag still on the mirror, paper still in the floor. Also I don’t know why they felt the need to go through my center console. I had hand sanitizer in my console back cup holder they had put it inside the console, moved my sunglasses to the top as well as some candy. I really wish my advisor I used for years was still there but he’s not. I may try to go where he is. I have been coming there since 2015, however I have no problem with my last advisor. She was very nice.

First off they scheduled my appointment saturday September 20th along with 12 other people that had recalls. I waited up there all day long. That was horrible customer service. If they were booked they should have set my appointment on another day. Then that following Monday I get a call from the service manager. He said that they did not do one recall on the denali for the grill. And he wanted to know when I would be able to drop off the vehicle again to get that recall done. I told him I am not going up. There wasting another Saturday or another day. All day long for them to do these recalls, they're going to have to come and pick it up from my job, get the recall done and drop it back off before 3 o'clock. When I leave work. He said he was going to have to check on that to see if they could do that.And I told him, that is the only way that they will be able to do this recall on my vehicle. To start off when I got to the dealership for my 7:30 AM appointment, come to find out there was only one sales advisor there that day to check us in. I had to wait 40 minutes to just to get checked in. Then, they tell me it will be two hours.I said okay I will wait. After two hours was up, I went and asked how my vehicle was.Doing what they found out, and then that's when they told me they haven't even got to it. They said it may not be ready until three o'clock when they close. I had no other choice but to wait there for my vehicle. I bought the denali from this location.So I always like to go back to the same location for service but after the service for these recalls, I will not be going back to get any service done at this location. Honestly, i'm surprised that they sent me a survey to do a review.Because how mad I was staying up there all day.For these recalls it was ridiculous. But this is my experience with your dealership. I hope you sit down and talk to the service advisors.Make sure they have more than one there, especially on saturdays.When that is the only day that we can take our vehicles up there for service.They should have known better than that.And then not to tell me that it was going to be all day thing.

Went to Freedom for and oil change, my online appointment was not found, so I was given to Brandon Rhodes to assist me, this was at 2:11, I told him I would wait for my truck in the lounge, he said it would be about an hour, at 3:30 I went to Brandon's desk to inquire about any updates but his desk was empty, I returned to lounge and waited for a update, none came. At 4:30 went to find Brandon and was told he was gone for the day, I had to ask cashier 2 times if my truck was ready she said she didn't have any paper work on it, tried to call Brandon no response, confused I went back to cashier at 5:30 and they were locking the doors and all of the advisors had left or was on the way out the door, I ask the cashier one more time if any paperwork for my truck surfaced, she finally looked in a drawer and found my paperwork. Service was completed at 3:30 and Brandon left me hanging, I got lucky because there was one guy left to bring up vehicles he was nice enough to go and look for my truck and bring it up at 5:45, bad experience for me but I will request Esmeralda Rico for my service advisor in the future.

On my last visit, 10/4/2025, I had to wait almost 3 hours after I was told that it would only take about a hour and a half. On top of that, 3 days later, my air pressure tire is low with a 26 psi. On Wednesday, I had to take make other arrangements to get to work. Now my tire is at 8 psi. I am now having to use my service fee and call AAA to come out and air my tire up so that I can take back to the dealership. This is where I bought my truck and this is where I would LIKE to continue to bring it for service. I've been bringing my truck here ever since I bought in in 2022.

I was there for over 4 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. Service manager Michelle told me that one of my tire lug nuts were stripped but they were just going to re thread it and I’d be good to drive it to the place I got the aftermarket tires from to get a replacement lug nut but she said I’m not allowed to go back there and talk to the mechanic. I had already talked to the mechanic though and he said they couldn’t re thread it and I’d have to drive around with missing tire lug nut until I had a chance this week to get with the 4 wheel parts shop to order a new one so she just said, oh sorry yea that’s just the information they told me. But all that isn’t is bad as me getting home to realize they messed with my Dash Screen settings and now my screen doesn't turn on and off when I start my truck or turn it off anymore so I spent an hour trying to figure that out and now I’m stuck having to manually hold down the power button below screen to turn it on and off every single time I start and turn off my truck now. I never ever give bad reviews and I think this is the very first one of my life but it wasn’t like this at all the last time I went there to get my truck serviced for very first after buying a brand new truck off your lot not long ago. This last trip makes me want to never to go back there again which I hate because I like how the Chevy app tracks all my stuff and I can schedule appointments right from there but there’s no way I can have another day like that unfortunately.

I was treated like a lying criminal. I called in the appointment at 1 pm for a 2:30pm oil change. I showed up on time to the appointment and waited 20 minutes before the service team acknowledged I was there. I then told them about other issues with the vehicle I had just purchased and we agreed I would have to come back to get them addressed. I was told since I just purchased the vehicle I wouldn’t have to pay for the oil change. I went to sit in the waiting room. 20 minutes later I received a call from the service rep that I would have to pay since I didn’t purchase the vehicle from Ed Morris dealership. I said ok, and proceeded to wait. While waiting I called Reliable Chevrolet about the free complimentary oil change the service rep told me about and opted out of driving all the way to Richardson. I sat waiting for the oil change and another gentleman sat right beside me waiting as well. After waiting a long time he was upset and went to talk to the service manager. He came back and showed me two complimentary oil changes he received from the manager and told me to go see the manager. I walked back to the managers office and told him I too had been waiting over 2 hours for an oil change. He told me to have a seat in his office while he investigated. After 15 minutes the service representative that took my vehicle came in and said I was not waiting 2 hours and that I got a car wash. I then asked the service representative what time was my appointment, and she said 2:30 I then showed her my phone with the time of 5:08 pm displayed. She then said you have not been waiting with me for 2 hours. I attempted to de escalate the conversation by telling her I was not pointing the blame on her but just stating the facts. After waiting 2 more minutes the service manager came in and said I thought you only got an oil change. I said that’s all I did get. He then said you got a car wash as well. At this point I said I’m done. I walked to window and stood in line to pay. Two individuals that came in an hour after me were in line ahead of me paying. Both came in for oil changes.

Cielo is the only person there who has taken care of me properly. NO COMPLAINTS THERE. But she was out the day I came in and I dealt with another set of people. Very unpleasant experience. I asked for a time frame and they said 5-7 minutes. I stood there for over an hour waiting for my car. I was at the dealership over 3 hrs. Also when I was about to leave I noticed I did not have the tire lock. I had to get back in the service line and wait for it. I missed Cielo a lot this day. Sad to see that the rest of the team does so poorly. Over promised and under delivered. Communication and transparency should have have been better. How can we fix this so I’m not discouraged to return?

I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30am to get an oil change. When I asked the wait time to determine if I would wait or go home, I was told it would be approximately 90 minutes. So I decided to wait in the lounge. I was told he would text me at the number provided or come get me. During my time there, I saw other service providers come and go with other clients. But, never once did I see mine with other clients or hear from him. Finally, I decided to go back to the front. It had been four hours for an oil change with a scheduled appointment. There were two other people waiting at his stand with issues too. He was in an office talking to others. When he came out, he called me over to the checkout window and told me to put my card away. He was taking care of it today. This in no way excuses the lack of customer service, wait or lack of accountability up to that point. I scheduled an appointment for that early in the morning to avoid a long wait from back ups in the day and had a time frame in which to get it done due to leaving town the same day for a trip.

Terrible. I had a dealership service contract and was not aware it was not valid at this dealership. The maintenance guy did not let me know it was not valid or how much my service would be until after the service was done on my vehicle and I had no option but to pay. Afterwards he lied saying he would reach out to finance company who I had the agreement with and see if I could get a return through that dealership and did not follow through.

The manager was rude as heck, as a customer I couldn't believe that he wouldn't even listen. GM will definitely hear about this as well. Everything was great up until it was time to sign and pick up the car. The sales lady was on time at the airport, really nice and welcoming! But once we got to the dealership they were very unorganized and unprepared. I flew in to pick up a new Z06 that we had already agreed on price, I had the windows tinted before and had a front splitter installed, so the knew I was buying the car for sure. I also had a deposit on the car until I could fly in. When we got to the dealership there was no paperwork ready and I spent two hours in the dealership when I should have spent 15 minutes signing only. I had let the know I need to be in and out to get back on the road. I needed to be back by a certain and did not end up making it back due to this. Everything was going okay up until that point. That’s the reason for 3 stars.

It’s all about communications upfront. The mechanic was exceptionally well. Parts did what they could to get the parts in. However, your service rider upfront did not pass on any information toward the vehicle being worked on. Communication skills is everything in service. Very, very poor communication skills set an extra hour waiting on a truck that was ready sitting in the parking lot.

Well, I went for an oil change. No one ever came to my car so I had to get up and walk in there. No one still came to me so I had to ask who handled the service appointment finally Someone said you can come over here. She checked my information. It seems that I was with someone else and she called him. He sent me down. I wait for him for a good 20 minutes or more then it took another 25 minutes for them to even start doing the oil change on my car or more and yeah, my appointment was at 3:30pm and I did not leave until 6:20 PM for an oil change that I should have been there no more than about 30 minutes or 45 minutes.

My advisor was very unhelpful. She seemed lost and confused. Very forgetful. I had to call 3 or 4 times just to get any sort of update. My car was at the lot 2 weeks before it was ever looked at, and had I not called, the problem wouldn't have been resolved. My advisor told me the RO had been closed already, without any forseen reason. The mechanic changed the wiring on the radio without permission. And the amount I was told was labor fees increased by $150 all of a sudden. I was told labor was $513, not $652... I also have reason to believe the recall on the vehicle was never actually done. When I walked in, I didn't know who to talk to. The service manager, Lee, noticed I looked over whelmed and leaped into action. I explained cars was my husbands domain and he was out of town. He attempted to look up my appointment, I didn't see my name and began to panic. He assured me they would take care of me and partned me with Chris. Chris explained the potential problems, took the time to explain the same information again to my husband over the phone, and kept me informed throught out the analysis and repair phase. Very poor performance on advisor services manager, my vehicle was dropped Friday night and no one call a least to let me know we have you vehicle here, and where ever was next. I have to go in person Wednesday afternoon to ask and service manager told me my new advisor will call me after comeback from lunch but, didn’t happen I went back Thursday and they told me the mechanic was working on. They give my vehicle but I don’t know what was the issue, not any of the 2 dealers worked on it, told me the reason why my vehicle did the same thing twice already. Dealers services need to have better communication with customers.
